7th Inning Stretch is 19 1/2" x 19 1/2".  Kit includes fabric for the top and binding - all from my Grandpa's Journal fabric collection.
 
Have you tried the Bloc Loc rulers? I use them in almost every quilt I make and just love them.  For this quilt, I used the  2 1/2" Half Square Triangle ruler, but any size from  2 1/2" - 6 1/2" will work.  These are NOT required, just recommended, because they are so helpful!
